I haven't posted about what I'm reading in my spar

I haven't posted about what I'm reading in my spare time in a while... largely because writing my own books and editing other people's takes up so much of my time, so I'm a slower hobby-reader now. But I'm currently reading and loving this novel in The Bone Season series by @say_shannon! 💙 It's one of my favourite series, with such a gripping supernatural-dystopian plot and a beautiful writing style that always inspires me. Whenever I pick up a book in this series, I find it almost impossible to put down.

Less than four weeks until this series gains a ver

Less than four weeks until this series gains a very cosy and autumnal ✨️fourth book ✨️ ☺️ The Cat Cafè Book Club is coming out on August 20. I can't believe how close it is now!

The fourth book was the most challenging for me to write in this series, not least because I wrote it around having surgery in 2025 and adapting to some health stuff. But also because it blends a bit of a mystery plot alongside the romance! I'm so, so proud of how it turned out. It has even more of a heightened sense of community and found family than the other books, and I'm really attached to the characters. It was such escapism for me and I can’t wait for you all to read it and escape into the book club too! 💕📚
