I hope you all had a lovely Valentine's Day yester I hope you all had a lovely Valentine's Day yesterday, however you spent it! It was my fifteenth Valentine's Day with my husband, and later this year will mark sixteen years since our very first date! I spent a good chunk of the day writing my next romance book, and the husband, who is a former chef, cooked us a gorgeous steak dinner in the evening. He is very private and not on social media at all, but I couldn't write my romance books the way I do without him there to inspire me as the epitome of a good man. ❤️ He doesn't know it yet, but the dedication in Cake Off at the Cat Café is made out to him... 🤭💖

Cherry blossoms are my favourite flower and I even have a tattoo of one! Plus those cakes look pretty delicious... It snowed, so I had to head out with Snowed In for It snowed, so I had to head out with Snowed In for some pictures. 🤭 Last time we had snow, it started late at night and was gone by morning, so I didn't get to take any photos. This time, it hung around a little longer! ❄️🌲 Today is the last day of my Christmas break before I get stuck into my full-time editing work again, and my own writing too. I've really needed the rest, but I'm looking forward to getting back into my routine and to working on some lovely books for authors and my own writing projects.
